cast credit being declined

Hello! I am the producer of this film and have successfully credited all cast members but one. For some reason, even with evidence, IMDb keeps declining this credit, and I want to credit this actor! I have read through the guidelines and have followed the rules. I think it may be because the character is called "Casting Assistant" rather than a name. How can I get it accepted? Thanks!
