cast deletion declined

I submitted a request to delete James Purefoy from episode #2.9 of the TV series Saint-Pierre because he did not appear in the episode but it was declined because they could not verify the information.
He is not a cast regular and only appears in the occasional episode and I watched the whole episode and he was not in it.
I attached screenshots for all the cast that were named in the credits and they were approved.
I'm not sure what else I can attach to prove he was not in the episode.
Hopefully someone can look into it and sort it out.
