Change of surname

I've changed my surname (from Gilardoni to Gilardoni-Lippolis) and would like to see that reflected on my IMDb profile (not just the username) when I add credits to my page.

I have been using the "appearing as" trick, but I'd like not to have to in the future.

Any advice on how to do this is more than welcome.
