Changing a goof to 'incorrectly regarded as goof'

I tried to change this goof to 'incorrectly regarded as a goof' - #250213-050416-718000.  It's unclear why it was rejected.

After submitting it, I also added a quote to the title's page from the coroner of the episode: "Oh, so you know the cause of death - killer suffocates the victim by forcing an unknown object into the throat."

For some reason, the original submitter thought that the toxicity of the substance was the cause of death, but it is clearly stated here at the beginning of the episode, as well as at the end of episode that suffocation was the cause of death.  I can add the whole conversation if that would be helpful (though it wouldn't be all that interesting as a quote).
