Solved

Changing my own credits

I have wrongfully inserted some credits for my projects, and I can't seem, in any way, to make IMDb accept my changes, even though I have given them proof and requested multiple times. How am I supposed to correct them? Is there any support I can request? Thank you.

Hi EleonoraDan- In order for our staff to further review, can you provide us with the 18-digit submission refrence numbers for these contributions and where you have provided the supporting evidence? Cheers!

Dear Maya, Thank you for your answer. I believe this is the 18-digit #250723-083514-677000. I put the evidence in the box with the request for modification, which were screenshots from the original credits... What else could I do? Also, isn't it enough that I registered for the IMDb Pro just to confirm my identity and that I am trying to manage my own credits? Thank you, eleonora

Hello EleonoraDan I have checked the submission and I can see that you are changing the credits positions and no evidence was provided to make sure how you were credited. We list credits as they show in the official onscreen end credits. You can re submit the addition and add evidence for us to take a look for you. You can find help and instructions in our Help Articles: https://help.imdb.com/article/contribution/contribution-information/how-can-i-submit-additional-verification-for-a-credit-submission/GN93ME9NVXHVE36E?ref_=helpsrall#

Dear Fran, Thank you for your answer, but I did provide evidence. I submitted the screenshot of the end titles, where I officially appear as Music Coordinator. Also, I cannot access all of the episodes, so for some of them I put the screenshot of the Excel files. This is all I have, but if you truly list credits as they show in the official onscreen end titles and you have the opportunity to check this, you will see I am trying to edit my own credits in the right way. Thank you again, eleonora

@EleonoraDan- Thank you! Further reviewing, I can see that the latest submission was the one with the supporting evidence and it has been approved. If there are other ones that are missing, I recomment to re-submit them and attach the supporting evidence that you have so that they can be reviewed again. Cheers!
