characters' surnames declined because unable to verify

I tried to add characters' surnames but IMDB was unable to verify.

Most had just the character's first names in the credits but I watched the episode and noted the surnames or job title for the Mayor used to identify the characters and wanted to add them to match the format used for other episodes.
