Clarification on declined dupe deletion, name tag

Two submissions I recently made were declined, though I'm unsure why, would appreciate clarification.

#261024-071628-606919 - this was an existing photo, and I added the name tag for Sharon Carr who is the actress in the image.

Marked "declined - does not meet contribution guidelines". I didn't add the image, which I think appears fine anyway, but I just attempted to add a name tag.

#261024-093351-901719 - this was a report of a dupe image. The image: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0059800/mediaviewer/rm1603055104/?ref_=tt_ph_1_2 is clearly a dupe of the #3 image for the movie, https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0059800/mediaviewer/rm186024449/?ref_=tt_ph_3

Again, marked "declined - Does not meet contribution guidelines."

I don't think either of these are correct. Can someone here please check?

Hi adam_cook_7472842-

Thank you for posting the references! Further reviewing, for the first one, the name tag has been added.

As per the second one, there are unique exceptions made, as is the case for the images you reported, where the image is from a partnered-source and the display is reliant for specified features on the site.

As such these specific duplicate images will need to remain on the site.

Cheers!

Would it be appropriate to report the other one as a dupe so that the partnered image is the only one remaining?

@adam_cook_7472842 - No because both of these images are from a partnered-source. So, in this case, both images will remain.
