Clarification (unnecessarily unclear wording) in Submission Guide for Writer Credits
This is a relatively minor documentation copyediting thing, but hopefully will therefore be equally uncontroversial.
Contribution: Filmography Credits / Writers contains, in § Attributes, one bullet point which reads:
- Song and lyric credits belong in the music department, or if identif(ied/iable) by song title, in the Soundtracks section instead.
I spent maybe 10 seconds puzzling over whether that weird "identif(ied/iable)" should be "identifi(ed/able)" before I realized they're both horrible and confusing, making the sentence much harder to parse for no reason whatsoever. (False economy of letters is not a reason.)
Please change to:
- Song and lyric credits belong in the music department, or if identified/identifiable by song title, in the Soundtracks section instead.
IMDb can spare the extra characters.
