See below, our client needs his bio updated but the team keeps refusing to do so. What needs to change? The info being removed is non-vital and he no longer wishes to have it public. Hi BohemiaGroup- In order for our staff to review further, can you provide the 18-digit submission reference number for this contribution? On a further note, I encourage you to review the last 2 Key Points for our Mini-Biographies Help Guide: https://help.imdb.com/article/contribution/names-biographical-data/biographical-data-guidelines/GMT9T242VQADZUQM#bio Cheers!

#250612-175743-741000 The article rules are being followed...I imagine they are being declined because we are cutting lots of words. The content however remains.

@BohemiaGroup- Thank you for posting! Further reviewing, yes, in this case the biography was rejected since the updated or amended version not of a similar length to the already live one. We recommend to update it accordingly and you are welcome to re-submit it for our editors to take another look.

Thanks Maya but is there any chance you could please accept the bio as is? This bio contains all the same info while removing the things Nemo would like to keep private from here on out. The shortened bio is a more appropriate length and we do not want to add more

@BohemiaGroup- You're welcome! However, as per our guidelines, we cannot remove biographies in their entirety which is why a correction to the already live one has to be of similar lenght.

If you review the bio you can see the same content is contained within the bio, the extra length is truly just fluff. Is it possible to approve the shorter, but as informative bio?

So to be clear, you prefer a bio filled with fluff? Or if we submit the shorter bio will it be reviewed

@BohemiaGroup- You can re-submit it but as already explained above the corrected version has to be of a similar lenght. Once these changes are made you can re-submit and we will review it.

Have you read the two bios? Is there a way to keep it refined? Or do your guidelines literally require the same length of bio he submitted before he knew what he wanted? Its 3 massive paragraphs, so not exactly a mini bio. Is there a way to submit it directly with notes? Its clearly not being reviewed outside of its length which frankly seems ridiculous.
