Complaint about disgruntled users

Apparently, someone who did not like my review of Anora (#250322-141104-853621) went ahead and posted a thumbs down negative on my next 12 reviews. Most of those titles were old films along with two posts for the Everly Brothers that had virtually no other responses. This happened to me quite a while ago and some measure of relief occurred by fixing a page of my review ratings. Can the disgruntled viewer be located and reprimanded for irresponsible behavior?
