Solved

connecting profile to a credit

I directed a short film. My actress submitted the contribution. Now I would like to link that film credit to my profile. How do I do that??

bribrifresh: In order to help us solve the problem, please tell us what film it is (and provide the link to the film's IMDb page), and who you are (and provide the link to your IMDb page). If your credit is listed on the film's page, then the film will automatically be listed on your name page. So I'm not certain what the problem is now, but the above information should help us figure out the situation.

Bribrifresh: https://www.imdb.com/user/ur192557336/ is an IMDb *user* page. That page represents you as someone who uses the IMDb, but is not meant to list a person's credits in film or television. The page where your credits get listed is your IMDb *name* page. Your name page is at https://www.imdb.com/name/nm16825768/ and your credits as director and producer of "Waiting to Begin" are already listed there. For comparison, Marilyn Monroe has a name page (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0000054/), but not a user page, because she died before there was an Internet, while I (gromit82) have a user page (http://www.imdb.com/user/ur1879600/) but no name page because I don't have any film or television credits. Since you have film credits and also use the database, you are supposed to have both kinds of pages. This is explained further in the Help Center at: https://help.imdb.com/article/imdb/general-information/what-s-the-difference-between-an-imdb-page-and-user-profile/GHQEDYZ5DJ5Y8G5S I hope this helps. Good luck!
