Contribution declined despite being valid

It seems my contribution keeps getting declined (reason being: unable to verify) despite being valid, having attached proof, and leaving a detailed description (contribution #260529-165724-080000). Is there a way to escalate it to a human instead of whatever ai they have doing the initial checks?
