Contribution Declined -- Duplicate?

I recently requested an acting credit (180809-203513-458000) and the request was denied with this message: Reason: Duplicate Your contribution has been declined. The item you have submitted is exactly the same as a submission that you or another user have already entered, which is still pending review by our staff. I checked through my history and the unresolved submission they are referring to was sent back in 2018 and is still pending! It is #180809-203513-458000. I most definitely was on screen for this role and appear in the final cut! What recourse do I have here?

Hi nicksoave- Thank you for posting the submission reference numbers! Further taking a look, this credit was already submitted and approved back in 2018 when it was first submitted which is the reason why on this recent submission it was marked as 'Duplicate.' Now, will note as well, that I've taken a look at your name page and can see this uncredited credit is associated with your page. However, our display logic requires at least one fully credited listing on your page before any will show - as there are no fully credited positions associated with the page, nothing is visible. Once a fully credit position is added, all (uncredited) data will also appear. I hope this helps explain why the credits aren't visible. Cheers!

Thank you so much! I appreciate the really quick reply and explanation. Does that also explain why my credit doesn't show on the page for that episode of the series? I was recently scanning it and was disappointed when I didn't see myself among the cast! 😁 Thanks.

@nicksoave- You're welcome! That's correct, until a credited postition is listed it will then show.

Thanks again for confirming. I'll work on that credited position. 😉
