Contribution declined for not meeting contribution guidelines

My contribution to my work as an extra in a short film was declined by IMDb due to not meeting contribution guidelines.  I provided the YouTube channel and title of the video as well as the two time stamps in which I appear in the background.  I see other actors who are well-known that are credited for being an extra.  Why can I not be given credit for work that I have done?  I followed the proper format.  I don't understand why my legitimate information was declined.

Also, if you were not listed in the end-credits, did you remember to add the (uncredited) attribute?
