Contribution declined

I tried to merge this page: https://www.imdb.com/name/nm9753250/ ...with this one: https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0895852/ The description and the links I provided are as follows: https://moviedude.co.uk/1Actors%20Pages/Alan%20Meacham.htm https://tardis.fandom.com/wiki/Alan_Viccars https://guide.doctorwhonews.net/person.php?code=389 The name used in this page is already mentioned in the alternative names section of the other one. The birth year and place on this page is something I didn't manage to find anything about, it is likely wrong, the Meacham page's is the correct one. It was declined saying "Does not meet contribution guidelines. Your contribution has been declined. Please review our submission guidelines.". What does that mean? If any additional imformation is required then I'd like to add a few things: 1. The episodes of Doctor Who in which he appeared are scattered on both pages, but without a shadow of a doubt the same person was in all of them. 2. The page with the incorrect birth information says that he played an Aztec Warrior at the age of twelve, which is of course not possible, as all of the Aztec Warriors in the episodes were clearly grown men.
