Contribution declined

Hi, On a separate account, I have tried to change the cast list for the Chapo Trap House podcast. I've been trying to remove Virgil Texas' name as he's not part of the show anymore. The first time (receipt #250812-032930-883000) I got the response "Unable to verify." I tried again with a link and then the response was changed to "Does not meet contribution guidelines." What am I doing wrong?
