Contribution declined

Hi

it says my contribution was declined because It was badly formatted. What does that mean? It was denied once and I re-wrote it and submitted it again and it was denied again for that reason.

I went to your guidelines and I saw nothing that said anything about format.

When I look at what I wrote, it seems OK to me. I've made hundreds of contributions for trivia and hardly ever had a problem except maybe some were a bit too long and after shortening them they were accepted

Towards the end of the movie when the personnel inside the command center at NORAD believe the Soviet Union is attacking them with ICBM's and submarine launched missiles, two of the Air Force sergeants monitoring their screens make a joke about not liking to eat fish eggs. This is a clear reference to the possibility that they would end up being taken as prisoners of war by the Soviets and made to eat Russian caviar as POW's. Their notion of being taken prisoner would never happen because Cheyenne Mountain Complex be targeted with several high-yield, high-accuracy warheads simultaneously to ensure destruction and no one would survive to be taken as prisoners of war.

It's not an opinion. It is a fact. I was in the military and in the Air Force back then and I know for a fact the Soviet Union had high yield accurate nuclear missiles that would rain down on Cheyenne Mountain and crack it wide open killing everybody in it. What wouldn't happen would be Russian soldiers storming up to the mountain on foot and in tanks and somehow opening it up and going in there and taking everybody in their prisoner at gunpoint. And I've known other military people that were stationed there and they were under no illusion what their fate was going to be if World War III kicked off and they were aware they'd be a smoking hole in the ground.

And besides, I've had a few contributions rejected for an opinion and that's what they would tell me the reason was. This had something to do with a format. I would like to hear their guidance on how I can restructure it because I can't figure it out because as it is the contribution sounds OK to me
