Thank you for reporting! Further reviewing, I can see that your last contribution was on 2024-11-01, if you have recently made any contributions to the site for 2025 and you have the confirmation emails, can you post the 18-digit submission reference number(s)?
You will see the reference number at the top right corner on the confirmation email.

@marco_lacson- Thanks! I can see this is from another account but all of your recent contributions (latest one being this one 241101-033137-613000 submitted today) are on your contribution history including also this one above. Can you give us more information on what you are seeing?
Um after I made edits when I one the refresh my contribution to see the new contribution edits I made. There are times it won’t refresh I had to remove some parts on the link to refresh it and then press the button again after I made another edit so the refresh for the contribution has to be fixed.
@marco_lacson- We have not been able to replicate and have not received any reports from other contributors experiencing the issue. It may be possible that there could be slight timing delays between when you make the contribution and when it displays within your Contribution History, as we have taken a look and all the contributions you mentioned are accounted for within your History.
If the issue persists, after you have given some time between making the submission and checking your history, let us know (including the specific contribution reference numbers) and we can investigate further.
