Contribution is declined

I been updating and submitting several entries on this tv show: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0280290/reference/ 240606-180335-553000 240606-175705-690000 These two links above are being declined. I submitted the changes the same way as I do with other people. I even tried again and added a link to the episodes. What gives?
