Contributions declined for no apparent reason; The reasons stated in the contribution status are vague or don't make sense

My contribution #260213-155609-626000 for Prisoners (2013) (tt1392214) was declined.

I requested the removal of false information (such as the claims that the film has a 7.1 or Dolby Atmos audio mix).

Additionally, I requested to correct the false information of the film having a 4K digital intermediate, which I backed up with a source that clearly states that the movie was shot and graded in 2.7K ARRIRAW and no 4K DI has ever been made; the only "4K" versions were film-outs/DCPs for theater playback (which are by definition not Digital Intermediates).

I would like to know what I did wrong - reading the contribution guidelines did not help - in this attempt of correcting public misinformation.
