You can submit the correction for the Plot Summary instead of deleting the plot. You can find details about submitting the correction in our Help Articles.

someone at some point contributed valid summaries repeatedly on the record for an episode. another example is https://www.imdb.com/title/tt6894796/plotsummary/?ref_=tt_ov_pl which has not one but two wrong summaries. Why have a menu to delete a summary(s) as in 16.10 if it can't be used properly. Please reconsider these obvious errors being allowed to sit on the two episodes in this reply. Note that the Summary requires a certain untold number of characters or it is auto rejected.
