Solved

Correcting an incorrect credit on a client's page

On of the clients we manage was on a single episode of a show that aired in 2000-2001 that has since ended. However, the credit is listed as "Television in Production" rather than "Past Television." I'm unsure how to correct this effectively. When I check other actors who were on the show, their credits are in the appropriate place on their page.

@asst2- Thank you for posting the link. The reason why it appears there is because this episode does not have a release date listed. Once this information is added, the credit will move respectively. For further information on Release Dates for series and instructions on how to add the release date to this episode, you can review our following Help Guide: https://help.imdb.com/article/contribution/titles/release-dates/GVUUDEPJNAW6G35P?ref_=helpsrall#episodic Cheers!

Hi Maya, I identified a different episode Kathy appeared in which was released, so the issue has been resolved. However, if it comes up again, is there a way to get around this problem if the project has essentially been abandoned? It seems unlikely the back half of a show was cancelled midway through its first season over two decades ago is ever going to show up anywhere. Thank you!
