Correcting flase information in bio

I have been trying to correct a mistake on a friend's page, where he was identified as being the spouse of another actor incorrectly. The first time it was declined and said "Unable to verify". So I added lots of information, and it was declined saying "Does not meet contribution guidelines. Your contribution has been declined. Please review our submission guidelines." However, in reviewing the submission guidelines, I cannot determine what exactly did not meet the guidelines, nor can I find out exactly what the guidelines are. How can I get specific feedback or instruction?
