Correction Declined As Duplicate

The correction submission I have posted for the relevant Thanks credit has been repeatedly rejected as a “Duplicate” entry.

It is not a duplicate.  The submission is a correction to the Thanks explanation - minimizing one aspect of the work done and adding an additional element. 

I would greatly appreciate some assistance in correcting this entry as well as a more specific answer as to why it has been declined as a duplicate.
