correction/editing

I want to edit some of the credits on a series we worked on. Unfortunately when I press on the edit button it says there is no data (wich is not the case). I can't edit anything and would like to correct the order for the cast and also be able to supress/do some small modifications regarding some names and roles). (It doesn't work in both IMDb Pro and Imdb)
