Crazy credits formatting

I tried to use bullet points (hyphens) in a crazy credits entry, like this:

Brief scenes during end credits:

- Ambulance drives past town exit sign for High Falls

- Kenny plays guitar for Isaac

The contribution tracking feature only shows the first line:

Brief scenes during end credits:

#260227-110537-523000

The contribution was eventually declined, and my resubmission without bullet points has been approved. But if the section can't handle such formatting, perhaps the submission form could react to it, or at least it could be mentioned in the guidelines.
