Creation of a page for my latest project was declined despite being valid, can someone help?

I have a new project - a documentary - that is already in production. Many interviews have already been filmed. I wish to start compiling the credits for those who have already been involved in my project, but my attempt to create an IMDB page for this documentary has been declined, even though I have provided proof of the project's existence in the form of an article about the project on a respected web site for the independent film industry. Could someone please help me to get my page set up so that I can proceed with building and recording the details of cast and crew? The project number is #250621-105425-470000. @Ozzy
