Credit contribution with evidence declined for movie M3GAN 2.0

Hello, I submitted contribution 250704-053526-022000 with credit fixes for the movie M3GAN 2.0. Out of 37 credit additions and fixes in the contribution, all but one was accepted; the declined fix added the name of the character played by actor Timm Sharp, who did not have a character name listed at the time I submitted the contribution. The evidence I included with the contribution was a photo of the end credits that shows Timm Sharp is credited for the role of "Agent Sattler." The contribution fix was rejected with the opaque explanation "We did not capture a specific reason during processing." The credits currently show Timm Sharp is credited as the character "Tim Satler" which is both inaccurate and misspelled (the character's last name has two "T" not one). I submitted a new contribution 250708-054941-950000 that resubmitted the photo evidence and added a link to a video clip of the end credits that confirms Timm Sharp is credited as character "Agent Sattler."
