credit declined despite 7 previous being approved

A recent submission to add Laura Ferr-Walsh for her role as "3rd assistant director: trailers" in the Second Unit or Assistant Director Addition section for episode #2.12 of Saint-Pierre was declined due to "Does not meet contribution guidelines."

I'm hoping someone can review it because the same credit as been approved for 7 other episodes in Series 2.
