credit deletion declined despite submitted evidence

A cast credit deletion was declined as "unable to verify" despite having a screenshot of the cast list attached.
Please can someone review it and hopefully make the change.

I don't work for IMDb, but can I ask:
Have you also watched the complete title and know the person is not there?
Because if he/she is there, even if not credited on the start or end, they should not be deleted, and insted you can add the "uncredited" atribute.
