I’d like to know how I request the deletion of my name from credits which appear on IMDB?

Hi @JonnyKilc,

A credit can only be removed from IMDb if it factually inaccurate. We can review the credit you're referring to and begin an investigation if you provide us with an 18-digit submission reference for any attempts you've previously made to remove the credit. You can find this in your Contribution History.

Otherwise, a link to the credit on IMDb will suffice.
