Credit Denied

I have provided call sheets and payslips and still a movie credit is denied. On Google the credit pops up no problem. Is there a way to talk to an actual human about this? I just keep getting automated replies to my emails. I am now starting to wonder why exactly I am paying for Imdb Pro when I cant even get customer service, and I am a paying customer, and I cant even update my own credits.
