Credit Denied

I have provided call sheets and payslips and still a movie credit is denied. On Google the credit pops up no problem. Is there a way to talk to an actual human about this? I just keep getting automated replies to my emails. I am now starting to wonder why exactly I am paying for Imdb Pro when I cant even get customer service, and I am a paying customer, and I cant even update my own credits.

Thank you for the submission reference.

I can confirm the reasoning for your credit addition(s) being declined is that we were unable to verify that you appear in the final cut of the film. However, if you are still credited on-screen in the title's end credits, you will need to re-submit your credit but include the attribute "scenes deleted" in the appropriate field.
