Credit keeps getting rejected despite indisputable proof

1. Credit keeps getting rejected despite indisputable proof of not only the actor in the project, but their callsheet, contract, and then link directly to the project and the immediate scene in which the actor was in. What else can be done? 2. Second project, entire cast/crew has been uploaded multiple times, done in the exact same format as thousands of other projects. but for some reason, under this one title, even with callsheets uploaded, behind the scenes video and photos, etc, the credits are being rejected. Anyone know why?

Hi singingmama81 - In order for our staff to take a look, can you post the 18-digit submission reference numbers associated with these submissions?

Sure, there's about 15 of them. Do you want them all? Because you can see where I keep trying different things and none of it makes sense or works, they all got declined within seconds. No review whatsoever, even when proof was uploaded and links were sent. Here's the first few for each scenario: 1. #250912-073946-146000 #250912-075925-655000 #250910-170814-500000 #250910-174550-977000 #250910-180850-415000 #250912-084700-113000 #250912-084215-364000 2. 250912-062232-396000 250910-172200-570000 Thank you for any help or guidance!

@singingmama81- Thank you for providing the submission reference numbers! Further reviewing and as per our guidelines, episodic credits need to be added to the respective episodes the person appears in and not the parent series page. Further detailed information and instructions on how to add credits to one or multiple episodes can be found here: https://help.imdb.com/article/contribution/filmography-credits/how-do-i-add-an-episodic-credit/GRRHUZAQPQV4T2F9?ref_=helpsrall# You are welcome to add the episodes and re-submit the cast/crew respectively to the episodes. For further information on adding episodes, you can review this other Help Guide: https://help.imdb.com/article/contribution/titles/how-can-i-add-a-new-episode-to-a-tv-series/GVH6L8SY9AZZ5DZ6?ref_=helpart_nav_2# Cheers!

but thats not how things have gone for the rest of the cast who are listed, or how things are usually credited for vertical series. I know. Factually. If the rules change per same project, how is anyone meant to know how to upload credits? does the system allow for an actor to be indivisually listed in 80 of 120 episodes? they are verticals, they dpnt have episode titles.

@singingmama81- We don't have a defined policy for these specific types of series, however, if there are known episodes, the credits need to be added to the series episodes. To answer your last question, yes the actor or actress should be listed on all the episodes they appear on/are credited on. You can multiple episodic credits or single ones, further instructions are detailed on our Help Guide: https://help.imdb.com/article/contribution/filmography-credits/how-do-i-add-an-episodic-credit/GRRHUZAQPQV4T2F9?ref_=helpart_nav_12#multipleep

so, by that logic, then the other actors who were successfully listed on the project should be removed. it doesn't make sense to uphold the "rules" to only certain people and not to others. these films have over 100 "episodes" per. there is no humanly possible way to make this work. and yet, hundreds of other vertical mini series are on imdb with no issues at all. So, again, by these rules, all hundreds of those, and the thousands of actors who are credited to them, should all be deleted as well. This really doesn't make sense. They aren't technically "episodes". These are full length films cut into 1 minute pay-walled snippets. It doesn't make sense at all. how does that even get done? there is no way to title individual "episodes" since they don't have titles. just paywall numbers.
