Credit moved to wrong department and unable to move back to correct department

I have included several submission reference numbers below, however they keep being denied and I am unable to move the credit back.

This credit was moved by a third-party user to the incorrect department. It is currently listed under the Production Department but should be placed in the Additional Crew section alongside the other Assistant credits for the film. This is where it was originally placed.

I have made several attempts to correct this and have provided supporting evidence, including a screenshot of the credits, contracts, and the unit list. Despite this, each submission has been rejected with the response “Unable to verify.”

To clarify, this credit is not related to the Production Department in any capacity. It is not a “Production Assistant” role, it is a cast assistant credit. All other assistants on this film are correctly listed under Additional Crew, not Production.

Please could the credit could be moved back to the Additional Crew section to ensure consistency and accuracy?
