Credit removal

I'm an actor and one of the credits I got in my first year as an actor is harming to my career. It's a student film with very low production value and just looks very unprofessional, which may scare off people I can potentially collaborate with in the industry. It's also the first film shown when you visit my page. I have been asking the producer/director to remove the credit for months, but she refuses to do so. What can I do?

Hi Ozzy,

I have talked to the producer. She told me she requested to delete the credit, so could you please follow up on that?
Thanks in advance.

So you're saying is when I apply for a job as a waiter, I should bring a video of me, 18 years old in my first job in service, dropping hot tea on a guest?

Can you please elaborate on the argumentation for this policy, because I find it hard to see how it makes sense. It's not about holding back valuable information, this is about outgrowing your past self, as we all do from time to time. I hope you understand.
