Credit repeatedly declined

Can someone take a look at this credit please, and explain to me why it keeps getting rejected. The only submission number I have is 250808-235010-088000, but she's (Erin Trudi Patterson) been rejected numerous times over the last couple of weeks and I can't understand why. She already exists on the database and is understandably in the news often. Thanks.

Hi Karen- Thank you for posting the submission reference number! Further reviewing, this has now been re-submitted on your behalf and approved. There was an issue as this name page had the credits listed under actor instead of actress so this is why it was not going through, however, this has been fixed now. The changes will be live on the site shortly. Cheers!
