Credit to remove from profile

Hi IMDB Team,

There is a credit on my profile that is completely incorrect. I have no connection to this project whatsoever. I don't know how my name ended up associated with it, and I was never involved in any capacity.

I have submitted removal requests multiple times through the standard edit system but they keep getting rejected.
