Credited Incorrectly

I recently updated my page to correct the spelling of my name, "Antony Elworthy" which has always been incorrectly spelled as "Anthony Elworthy".

I unchecked the box saying "Preserve previous name on existing credits".

My name is now spelled correctly on my page, but it includes "(as Anthony Elworthy)" on most of my credits. I have never used that spelling, and as far as I know I am not credited as "Anthony Elworthy" on any productions.
