Crediting in General Hospital

Hello! It is currrently the Nurse's Ball on General Hospital where most of the cast are in a single episode. However, only certain people speak in the role and the majority of it is just reaction shots of identifiable characters. Are these still credited? It is a soap opera if that helps. Thanks!
