Credits across multiple listings

My credits page lists almost all of my credits correctly, however there are multiple listings of my name. Most of these are not things I worked on and I assume belong to the correct person, but SOME of the credits on other people's listings who have the same name as I do, are my credits. I just want to be sure everything is listed correctly, but I'm not sure how to change it. Can anyone help me? Do I need to delete them from someone else's page and re-add them to mine? Can I even do that? I wouldn't think altering someone else's page is possible. Or do I need to write in describing the requested change? Any help would be appreciated.
