Credits Declined by imdb time and time again...

Hi, I don't know what to do. Every few months I go in to imdb, post all my credited crew roles, gather the appropriate evidence that I worked on these films; yet time and time again I get "DECLINED" with no explanation. Can somebody help me out here? In one instance I posted my short film which has both theatrical and digital distribution, and I am still declined. I posted screenshots of the end credits with my name on it, pay stubs, and callsheets, and still, zilch.
