Credits didn't go through on my latest submission

Hello, just thought I'd ask for some help regarding some of my latest edits regarding a documentary special titled Mongoose: Wilderness Warriors. Almost all of the credits made it in except for four credits, including the narrator. I provided the reference number below and I can affirm that the information provided is correct. Okay, so my last edit for this didn't go through. It's the one stating that it was for Channel 4.

I also have multiple unrelated edits for other shows that appear to be stuck in the processing, which may eventually be declined.
