Credits not being approved after providing proof

Hi! 

I've tried  repeatedly to add a project to my credits list, this being my last attempt: #260113-040624-573000

I've even added a link to my personal reel ( with the password ), which imho it irrefutably proofs that I've worked on that particular project ( otherwise I wouldn't have the watermarked material )...  but I've always get rejected.

Is there anybody I can talk with? Or anything I can do?
