Crew member additions declined, despite including evidence

Hello there, I have a big problem. I'm trying to add some missing crew members for the PBS cartoon Cyberchase, as the IMDb page of that show is very incomplete, and I want to include a complete list of people that worked on the show. Currently, I'm adding some missing credits to the storyboard artists of the show, by using pictures of the show's end credits to prove they worked on it, and what happened? They declined all of my missing credits because apparently, adding crew members that actually worked on that specific show, even with photographic evidence, "does not meet contribution guidelines". I don't get it. I used an actual source to show proof that certain crew members worked on a show, and this is what I get?! This needs to be fixed.
