Hi Maya,

Following up on a systemic data integrity audit. A colleague has submitted two batch-deletion requests to purge a cluster of stalled and abandoned titles that no longer meet IMDb’s active production eligibility criteria. The submission tracking IDs are:

• 260910-160002-223000

• 260910-155200-604000

In conjunction with these title deletions, I am officially flagging the associated production company profile ([co1050989]) for immediate removal due to metadata falsification and defunct status. The current listing violates IMDb’s company eligibility guidelines on the following fronts:

• Falsified Geographic Data: The listed Beverly Hills corporate address is fraudulent. The entity holds no physical offices, commercial footprint, or active industry operations at that location.

• Defunct Operational Status: The true physical entity operated out of Thessaloniki, Greece, and officially ceased all operations, becoming defunct in 2025.

Because this company page functions strictly as an inactive shell holding fabricated U.S. contact data, it degrades the accuracy of the database. Please review the provided tracking numbers to clear the dead title assets and initiate the complete removal of the [co1050989] company listing to restore baseline data integrity.

@Maya​ none of the inactivity periods listed here meets the inactivity criteria for in-development titles stated in guidelines which is "approximately 5+ years": https://help.imdb.com/article/contribution/industry-professional/in-development-titles/GSTGYXUHJKVJLLU2

So I think these should not be deleted by the request of a third party unless they are confirmed inactive and requested by the "project's original submitter" (as also stated in the guidelines)

It does not function as a blanket protection for unverified listings that fail IMDb’s core eligibility standards. The batch deletion requests (#260910-160002-223000 and #260910-155200-604000) are data integrity audits addressing credit inflation and unverified slate claims.

These listings require immediate removal based on the following IMDb submission policies:
