Data Irregularity With Podcast Show

Hello, So a little over a month ago, I create a ticket because my changes were being denied and I wasn't hard time making sense of the feedback. I tried to update it, but couldn't so I submitted a delete request with the following comment:"date doesn't match data associated with episode 1. i couldn't submit an update so i would like to delete it and then add it again." My request was denied and the reason i was provided is:"Unable to verify. Your contribution has been declined.We have been unable to verify your contribution. Unfortunately, we were unable to accept your submission as we were unable to verify the information provided." What am I supposed to provide as proof? I'm a little bit confused.
