Death date declined, despite evidence

Maya, need your help again, this is nothing to do with a false credit trying to be removed, this is more like an added birth/death date that I'm encountering a problem for. For voice actor Amy Volkert (who only worked on Dave the Barbarian), I tried to include a death date since she just happens to be a woman that got her wish to voice a character through the Make-a-Wish foundation (https://web.archive.org/web/20180203092320/http://wish.org/wishes/wish-stories/i-wish-to-be/amy-cartoon), thus the reason why she worked on it in the first place. In the comment section of this story, a person named Paul (who's actually Dave the Barbarian crew member Paul Rugg) mentioned that Volkert lost her battle with cancer shortly after recording the episode she did ("Night of the Living Plush") and died in 2004 at the age of 15. However, they declined the addition, citing that this is not verified, which doesn't makes sense as A. this is literally sourced from the Make-a-Wish website, which includes stories of people getting their wishes come true due to illnesses and B. judging by his first name, it's definitely Rugg since he not just worked on Dave as a producer and voice actor, but he happens to work with her very briefly for that episode specifically. I literally used an accurate source (that's archived since the link is dead now), so I don't understand why they declined it. Here is the link (250821-043023-351000).

This is not the only death date that got declined despite using actual evidence, I was trying to fix the death date of Dennis Fitzgerald, as his obituary said that he died in 2025 in Toronto, not in 2018 in British Columbia. Strangely, while the birth date is approved from his obituary, his death date is declined because "it wasn't verified" despite using evidence. Here is the link for the second attempt for Fitzgerald, since the first one was already declined. (250828-142815-893000).
