Death date declined, despite evidence

Hello there, another death correction has declined. For camera operator F.T. Ziegler, it was revealed on the Annie Awards in 2019 that Ziegler passed away at some point in 2018 (the previous year before the ceremony) in the In Memoriam section, under his real name of Fred Ziegler. Despite evidence, they declined it. Please help. Here is the link.
