declined crew credit

Hello,

I'm looking for assistance with a repeatedly declined crew credit for Legacy of Spies.

I personally worked on the Berlin production as part of the Costume and Wardrobe Department, performing costume fittings for background actors and working on the Berlin filming days.

I have submitted this credit three times and provided supporting documentation on each occasion, including:

• Official Berlin filming call sheets listing my name.

• The official Berlin crew list, which also includes my name in the costume department.

The production is currently listed as being in post-production on IMDb.

All three submissions have been declined with the generic reason: "Does not meet contribution guidelines."

I have followed the additional verification procedure and provided the requested documentation, but I haven't received any specific explanation regarding the rejection.

Could someone please advise me on why this credit is not being accepted, or help me get it reviewed by the appropriate editorial team?

My latest contribution reference number is: 261104-150616-790619.

Thank you for your help!
