Declined Trivia Item

Just for my own future reference, which reason at https://tinyurl.com/34hd6vem would be the one(s) that got update 251117-225910-277000 declined? Or was it because I used some specific wording from a report, done so because it's a sensitive item and the wording needed to be correct/accurate?

I'm not pushing to get the trivia item approved/added, but the information is true and was reported by mainstream outlets, the U.S. Department of Justice, and even included on IMDb here. By the way, the first hyperlinked name in the IMDb news item leads to a blank name page, but I'm reluctant to merge it because maybe it's done on purpose?

Again, just curious why the update was declined.
